Where is my book?

• Books currently in print will be dispatched within 10 days.
  
• Forthcoming books will be dispatched on publication date please call copy sales on 020 7549 8670 if you are unsure of publication date.
  
• If you still have not received your Charity Choice publication and wish to track down your order please contact Melissa Turley who will look into your enquiry immediately.

• Claims for missing issues or products must be submitted within 3 months of the original despatch date. Please note all claims must be in writing to Melissa Turley (details above).
  

Cancellations

• Please note that we only accept signed and / or authorised orders.
  
• Cancellations are accepted up to 10 weeks prior to publication however this has to be writing to Melissa Turley (contact details above). Please state clearly which publication this is referring to.
  
• Repeat or standing orders can only be cancelled up to 10 weeks prior to publication however this has to be writing to Melissa Turley (contact details above). Please state clearly which publication this is referring to.
  

Returns

• Returns are NOT accepted unless the goods are faulty upon delivery. Please contact Melissa Turley within 7 days of receiving the publication to arrange and authorise the return of the publication (contact details above).
