About the walk
This September Memory Walks will be taking place across England, Wales and Northern Ireland to raise money for a world without dementia. We need thousands of people to walk with us Ė because arm in arm, step by step and pound by pound, we will get there.
Hope is the spirit of the day
People of all ages and abilities can join in, from grandparents to grandchildren, and even your furry four-legged friends. Itís a day for everyone to come together, celebrate loved ones affected by dementia, and raise money to reclaim the future.
Nottingham Memory Walk takes place in the grounds of Wollaton Hall (once home to Batman in The Dark Knight Rises). There are two routes available, approximately 2km and 10km. Take the shorter route for a gentle stroll around the park and Hall, suitable for wheelchairs on tarmac paths (although the event site is grass). The longer 10km route isnít wheelchair friendly as there are woodland paths. The routes are subject to change.
Join thousands of other people who have been affected by dementia at this yearís Memory Walk.
